Job Description:
Presales Solutions Consultant As a Pitney Bowes Presales Solutions Consultant, you will be a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients as the subject matter expert on both our Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Shipping portfolios. Working closely and collaboratively with clients and Sales, you will devise effective CCM and Shipping solutions while ensuring that PB's solutions will deliver on the customer expectations. Through requirement elicitation, you are instrumental in determining what is needed to solve the customer's problem. It's a win-win from our perspective! A collaborator who can discover and understand a client's operational issue while demonstrating with key presentations and product workflow analysis a Pitney Bowes product that will help the client save money and increase efficiency An excellent communicator (both written and oral) that can recommend, propose and present solutions consisting of Pitney Bowes software, integrated hardware, and professional service offerings based on the customer requirements An individual with a high-level of ethics and commitment as well as being a self-starter An individual with a strong technical background in software/hardware technology An individual who moves boldly in the quest for superior and best in market solutions You will:
Engage with Sales and senior business and technical decision makers to understand customer objectives, business priorities, and challenges Map and translate Pitney Bowes offerings into a customer specific solution strategy that ensures customer success throughout current and future challenges Work with Sales to develop and present compelling technical solutions to clients and maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard discussions with employees and clients Own and lead site surveys and Statement of Work (SOW) Requires up to 30% travel Your background:
3 years' experience in a web-based applications development area 3
years of experience as a solutions architect, presales business analyst, technical consultant, or technical sales engineer 2
years of Sales and/or client facing technical experience May require up to 30% travel (including overnight stays) as needed Technical knowledge of one or more of the following:
Java, JSP, Servlets, XML, Oracle, Web Services, SQL, HTML, DHTML, VBScript Our Team:

$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
