Director of Technical Marketing
About the Role:
The Director of Technical Marketing will lead a team of Technical Marketing professionals who are the technical subject matter experts demystifying and evangelizing Arctic Wolf's technology capabilities. This role both drives and operationalizes Arctic Wolf Marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high performing team of Technical Marketing professionals. Lead in the formulation of Technical Marketing strategy. Maintain a collaborative partnership with Sales, related Marketing, R&D, channel partners, and customers. Attend and participate in industry events and gatherings (generally less than 10% travel required). Develop and aid in the production of standardized demos of the Arctic Wolf technical offerings. Collaborate with the Sales Engineering team on tactics and techniques to highlight Arctic Wolf Product differentiation in technical and trial situations. Develop technical content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals Skills and Requirements:

years Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, Product management or Sales Engineering experience 8
years experience in Cybersecurity; preferably in SaaS, Operations, or Services Proven experience working with cross-functional, multi-phase and complex project management Demonstrated experience in presenting to executive teams and sales, marketing and product audiences. In depth knowledge of the cybersecurity marketplace, enterprise buying habits, and competitive landscape Detail oriented, well organized, efficient with time management Excellent writing and presentation skills Ability and familiarity in working collaboratively with sales and product teams Excellent ability to translate deeply technical understanding to a less specialized professional and business leaders Drives process rigor and scale and expands processes to address strategic complexities Fast learner; ability to understand new technologies and process changes Security Requirements:
Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN's Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information. Background checks are required for this position.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
