Enforcing company policies and procedures;
Maintaining ingredient and material supplies needed for production;
Ordering, maintaining and tracking inventory of parts;
Communicating with managers and supervisors regarding production and employees.
EDUCATION: 2-year or 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2
years of experience in a food manufacturing environment;
Experience leading, training and motivating production personnel;
Must have Bilingual skills;
Problem-solving skills with production process and employees;
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations;
Computer literate, Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, etc.;
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
Ability to work 2nd shift, and overtime or weekends as required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
